Jeremy Voakes

Jeremy joined Archway in 1992 having qualified at Glasgow University. He liked the area, people and animals so much that he never left and is now the Senior Partner. Originally from a farming family he continued to enjoy working within the large animal sector, but in recent years has specialised more with the expanding companion animal side of the practice. He has a keen interest in Cardiology, Orthopaedics,inparticular treatment of cruciate ligament injuries and fracture repairs, and in a few more unusual areas such as Koi Carp and Birds of Prey including being veterinary supervisor for the Grizedale forest Red Kite release programme. Away from work he is well known for his famous Christmas Light display which has now raised over £20,000 for the NSPCC.
