Jeremy and Mandy took over sole ownership of Archway in 2016 and were determined to stay an independant practice. They immediately set about moving the practice to new facilities in Lindale which opened in June 2019.
Our Directors/Owners
At Archway our staff members are united through a shared passion for animals. We are a close-knit team that enjoys working with and supporting each other in any way that we can. Keep scrolling to find out more about the incredible individuals who make up the wonderful Archway team.
Our Vets
Being a mixed practice our team of vets care for all types of pets and equines, but then each has their own area of specialisation. We always aim for case continuity so where possible the same vet will follow through each case with you, but often with more difficult cases, several vets will combine their knowledge and skills to ensure the best care for our patients.
Our Nurses
Crucially supporting our vets are our Nursing team. We have several fully qualified Registered Veterinary Nurses who care for all in-patients and run our nursing clinics, both in the practice and out as part of our Community Vet Nurse Service. We have a nurse on call 24/7 who stays on site if your pet needs to be hospitalised overnight. We are also a training practice and work with local colleges to help train future nurses.

Our Client Care Team
Our client care team will greet you on arrival, take your calls and respond to your messages. Alongside this client contact, they also coordinate pet insurance claims, run the Complete Wellness Plan, order pet food, medications and office supplies, plan the diary for pet and equine appointments and visits, and ensure that client accounts are accurate and paid promptly, all helping to ensure that the practice offers a smooth and efficient service.
Our Rehabilitation Centre Team
Our rehabilitation team comprises a Chartered Physiotherapist (ACPAT) specialising in Veterinary Physiotherapy, a Registered Veterinary Nurse & Hydrotherapist, and a Veterinary Surgeon offering Acupuncture and Pain Management Clinics.
